Divisions
Division of Flow Metrology
The Division’s field of activity is methods of measuring environmental parameters and derived parameters related to their temporal and spatial analysis.
Division of Micromeritics
Division conducts research on gas-geodynamic phenomena and stereological analysis as a method for quantifying the geometric structure of materials, especially rocks.
Division of Rock Deformation
The Division’s activities include studies of the physical properties of rocks, in situ rock mass deformation measurements, the impact of mining operations on the surface, and numerical modeling.
Division of Mine Ventilation
The topics of the research work are related to transients of air and gas flows in a mine ventilation network.
